Depends on how much you want to spend. Best bang for the buck in my opinion is the tmx 589 tech meter by electronic specialties. It is a good meter with all of the regular functions you use every day. Any meter will work that has bannana plugs, however Dan's troubleshooting method work's best with a autoranging meter
